Seem lots of cheap homemade kits on ebay - anyone got any experience of whether these are any good or should I just get the genuine aqua roll one. I've also looked at a truma one that goes directly into the ultraflow connection on the van. How do these work if you have an imboard pump? Can they be used with an inboard pump? I personally prefer the float valve type for some of the reasons already given, and for few others The inline systems are fitted with pressure regulators, but whilst they do limit the maximum presure the caravan will see, they can also introduce some flow restiction. Consequently you can often bet a better flow rate from the normal pump. On some sites the water availabilty to pitches can vary considerably depending on how many peopole are drawing water , Having teh float valve system removes the pressure and flow fluctuations. And I cant reiterate the possibility that the pressure reducer valve on the online systems could fail and the internal water sytsem coudl them flood the caravan.
